Daphne Refrigeration Oil

Daphne Refrigeration Oil is a series of synthetic refrigeration oils developed by IDEMITSU, designed for air-conditioning and low-temperature compressors using HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) refrigerants. The core components are highly refined polyvinyl ether (PVE) synthetic base oils, with the addition of antioxidants and wear-resistant agents, etc. The oils have excellent refrigerant compatibility, lubricity and electrical insulation, and are widely used in hermetic compressor systems.

Characteristics
1. Good refrigerant compatibility: Excellent compatibility with R407C, R410A, R404A and other HFC refrigerants, can ensure that in the refrigeration system and the refrigerant is fully mixed, there will be no stratification or precipitation phenomenon, to effectively avoid the problem of oil return, to ensure that the compressor is well lubricated and cooled.

2. Environmental protection and safety: Free of heavy metals and aromatic hydrocarbons, in line with environmental requirements.

3. Good material adaptability: It has good compatibility with various parts materials in the refrigeration system, such as metal, rubber, plastic, etc., and will not have adverse effects such as corrosion, dissolution or embrittlement of these materials to ensure the sealing and reliability of the system.
