Emkarate
Emkarate is one of the brands owned by Lubrizol Corporation, specialising in high-performance lubrication solutions for refrigeration and air conditioning systems.Emkarate refrigeration oils are primarily used with HFCs (hydrofluorocarbons) and other environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A etc. These lubricants are widely recognised for their excellent chemical stability, good thermal stability and good miscibility with a wide range of refrigerants.

Working Principles of  Emkarate Refrigeration Oil:
Reducing friction:
In the compressor of the refrigeration system, the refrigeration oil plays a lubricating role to reduce the friction between the moving parts, thus reducing wear and prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Compatible with refrigerants: Emkarate Refrigeration Oil has good compatibility with many kinds of refrigerants (such as R134a, R404a, R407c, R410a, etc.), and will not react chemically to ensure the stable operation of the system.

High temperature stability: The refrigeration oil remains stable at high temperatures and will not decompose or form deposits, ensuring long term operation of the system.

Low-temperature performance: Refrigeration oil can still maintain good fluidity at low temperatures, ensuring that the system can start and run normally in a low-temperature environment.

Characteristics of Emkarate refrigeration oil
Anti-friction protection: This range of refrigeration oils provides effective anti-friction protection for steel and aluminium surfaces, which extends system life and improves efficiency.

Excellent thermal and chemical stability: Emkarate refrigeration oils are stable at high temperatures and do not break down easily, which helps to prolong their service life and reduces the risk of corrosion to system components.

Oxidation resistance: The ability to resist oxidative processes prevents the oil from deteriorating, thus maintaining system cleanliness and efficient operation.

Chlorine-free formulation: The absence of chlorine reduces the risk of damage to the ozone layer, making it more environmentally friendly.

Good solubility: Emkarate refrigeration oils have good solubility, effectively dissolving water and other contaminants, helping to maintain system cleanliness, preventing ice jams and protecting the system from acidic substances.
