Brand Introduction of BVA Refrigeration Oil
BVA refrigeration oil is a range of lubricants for refrigeration compressors produced by BVA Oils in the United States and used in a wide range of applications in the refrigeration industry.
BVA Oils was founded in 1983, focusing on providing global users with refrigeration oil products, covering mineral oil, synthetic alkylbenzene refrigeration oil, fully synthetic polyol grease POE refrigeration oil, PAG polyether refrigeration oil, polyolefin PAO refrigeration oil, etc., including Freon refrigerant, ammonia refrigerant, R22 refrigerant, a variety of HFC new refrigerants such as R410A, R134A, R404A R410A, R134A, R404A, R407C, R507, etc., as well as natural refrigerants such as R290 and CO2.
Working Principle
1.Lubrication reduces the degree of running friction and wear of the compressor and prolongs its service life.
2.Sealing enables the sealing effect to be achieved between the piston and the cylinder surface in the compressor and between each rotating bearing to prevent refrigerant leakage.
3.Cooling means that when the refrigeration oil is lubricated between the moving parts, it can take away the heat generated during the working process and improve the efficiency and reliability of the compressor.
4.For the refrigeration compressor with energy regulating mechanism, the oil pressure of the refrigeration oil can be used as the power of the energy regulating machinery.
Applications
BVA refrigeration oil is suitable for piston, rotary lobe, scroll, centrifugal, screw and other compressors, used in central air conditioning, industrial freezers, commercial cold storage and automotive air conditioning and other fields.
